You’re ready to lead, but something’s holding you back.
Let’s break through it, together.
Jarrod Hogan, Leadership Coach
My personal Transformation
For years, I felt stuck. I was job-hopping, putting out fires, and hoping the next role would finally feel like home. But deep down, I knew the problem wasn’t out there. It was in here.
At the end of 2022, I hit a turning point. My life wasn’t falling apart, but I could feel the gap between where I was and where I knew I could be. I decided to live alcohol-free, not because it was an addiction, but because it was a distraction. That choice cleared space for what mattered most.
From there, I tackled my fitness, finances, career, and relationships. Each step built momentum for the next. Today, I’m debt-free, in the best shape of my life, and engaged to the woman of my dreams. That clarity didn’t just transform my personal life; it became the foundation for the work I do today. I’ve built a career I love and a coaching practice that helps others do the same.
“I’m not an unusually intelligent person with extraordinary gifts. I’m just a regular dude who made a daily list of critical tasks that needed to get done… and I did them.”
Of course, it wasn’t all smooth sailing….
The Struggle
I made it to the final interview for a role I was excited about. I felt like the obvious choice. Then the rejection email came. My heart sank.
That moment forced me to confront self-doubt and old habits: waiting for permission, saying yes to everything, reacting instead of leading with intention. But I refused to let those thoughts define me.
Progress felt slow, even though things were actually moving fast. I kept showing up. A phrase from my coach became my mantra: "We’re running out of time to be bold." That rejection became the catalyst for everything that followed. It redirected me to an even better opportunity and reminded me that setbacks do not define us.
Our response does.
This struggle and my response to it led me to reflect and rethink everything. What I discovered changed my life…
The Breakthrough
As I reflected on my journey, I realized that the transformation I experienced wasn’t random; it followed a clear pattern. There was a framework guiding me through the chaos and into alignment. That’s how F.O.R.G.E. was developed.
F.O.R.G.E. is the system I used to transform my own life and career. Select “Learn More” below for more on F.O.R.G.E. 👇
The Difference
Most leadership coaches rely on theory. I rely on experience. My approach is grounded in real transformation, not buzzwords or quick fixes.
I know what it feels like to be stuck, overlooked, and unsure of how to move forward. That’s where my journey began. I’ve lived the same challenges you’re facing, and that’s why my coaching is practical, personal, and proven to create lasting change.
I’m the only leadership coach who uses the F.O.R.G.E.™ system to help high performers go from overlooked to unstoppable. This isn’t just another coaching framework. It’s the same process that transformed my own life and career, refined through real-world results with clients.
If you’re ready to experience that transformation for yourself…
